Job Responsibilities:
Logistics & Operations Duties(80%):
- Responsible for collecting and organizing Brazil's import/export policies, applying for necessary permits and certificates with agency for import/export operations, and completing customs clearance for demo equipment, accessories, and marketing materials in compliance with customs laws and regulations. This includes applying for tax payments and following up on goods receipt. Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of all import/export documents.
- Perform daily management of inventory including demo units, accessories, and marketing materials, and complete monthly physical inventory counts as required by the company.
- Arrange shipment of demo units, accessories, and after-sales equipment based on business and technical needs, track delivery status, and provide feedback to requestors.
- Receive returned local repair equipment and hand it over to technical staff for processing.
- Identify and select local logistics service providers, manage logistics vendors, control logistics costs, and handle payment applications for local freight charges. Follow up on any logistics exceptions.
- Ensure proper on-site management of local facilities and maintain the safety of premises and materials.
Finance Duties(20%):
- Responsible for issuing invoices for the Brazil company.
- Assist in coordinating local payment matters and handling on-site banking transactions.
- Assist in the development and communication of local financial reimbursement policies.
- Support the collection, organization, and archiving of financial documents and vouchers.
- Assist in financial communication with local agencies, tax authorities, and other government departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (English or Chinese is a plus).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in finance or logistics operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with Brazilian customs, tax regulations, and logistics processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
