For our international pharma client we are looking for a Logistics Operator (m/f/d).
Workload: 100%
Location: Basel Stücki
5 days per week onsite
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
This position is responsible for all logistical activities to maintain the daily operation of the DPS laboratories and office areas. Warehouse management, ordering, inventory, analytical and technical shipments are core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supplies for laboratories, incl. inventories
- Warehouse management tasks such as requisition and restock of any lab consumables/chemicals, 6S, Kanban, etc.
- Manage logistic of pharmaceutical samples and technical material according to internal procedures (e.g. good receipt and shipments)
- Provides administrative support
- Close cooperation with suppliers
- Manage and assist with projects within the logistic and warehousing
Requirements:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of spoken German
- Good interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Logistics
- Degree or Apprenticeship in Logistics
