Your tasks:

Operational and strategic management of the company's logistics processes
Continuous analysis and optimization of the entire supply chain (procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution)
Supporting and coordinating the work of the logistics team
Reviewing operational processes, developing and preparing proposals to increase efficiency
Tracking inventory movements, providing administrative support, managing materials in the internal accounting system
Performing organizational tasks related to logistics processes, taking into account the relevant regulations
Liaising with central and local departments
Defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports for senior management
Developing, coordinating, and motivating colleagues
Monitor customer orders from order receipt through final delivery and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production operations.
Analyze root causes of delivery delays and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and EHS requirements.

Requirements for the position:

Higher education degree in logistics or supply chain management
5-10 years of relevant management experience in logistics, with active participation in complex processes
Familiar with JIS and JIT
Background in Automotive
Confident spoken and written English, additional language skills are an advantage
Ability to work independently, structured thinking and good problem-solving skills
User-level computer skills (MS Office and some enterprise resource planning system, QAD is an advantage)
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and automotive standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
