Employment Details
- Full-time (Monday-Friday)
- Pay:
Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus
Responsibilities
The Light Duty Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose the cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanic’s tools.
- Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
- Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
What You’ll Bring
- 1 or more years of Suspension and alignment experience
- 1 or more years of Automotive repair experience
- ASE and manufacturer certification
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Knowledge of German vehicles
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Total Rewards
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
