Our client in Pretoria West is looking for an Lean expert and Manufacturing Scheduler
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge and Experience: At least five (5) years’ practical experience in a manufacturing plant involved with scheduling and planning. Knowledge of Lean and plant improvement processes advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6-Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Sound analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
- Passionate about quality.
- High level of Computer literacy.
- Risk management expertise are essential.
Personal Attributes/Qualities:
- Strong communication, motivational and negotiations skills
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
