Role Summary
The LDSC Lead is responsible for driving a positive and effective customer experience while ensuring operational excellence across service delivery functions. The role focuses on resource planning, route optimization, KPI monitoring, and performance management to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve customer satisfaction (including NPS performance).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure positive and consistent customer experience
- Monitor Service Delivery Agent performance and compliance
- Oversee operational work plans and KPI reporting
- Improve reporting efficiency and NPS performance
- Optimize resources and operational processes
- Support cost analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure full HSE compliance and promote safety awareness
- Identify, manage, and report operational risks
Qualifications
- Graduation degree
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as planner in fleet management, logistics, heavy vehicles automobile industry
- Facilities management or construction industry is an added advantage
Language Proficiency
- English (fluent)
- Hindi or Urdu (Fluent)
- Arabic (advantageous}
Technical Competencies
- ERP & Salesforce
- Valid Driving License
- MS Office Suite 2017 – Intermediate level
