KPI Data Management Specialist

Location: Sadora Building, No.2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Saturday (02 Saturday off/month).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for developing, updating, and managing KPI catalogs for departments, business units, and individuals in alignment with the Company’s organizational structure, strategic objectives, and operational goals.

  • Participate in the development, review, update, and management of KPI frameworks and KPI catalogs for departments, business units, and employees.
  • Review and propose KPI adjustments when there are changes in organizational structure, functions, responsibilities, or operating models.
  • Monitor, consolidate, and control data sources used for KPI measurement and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure KPIs are measurable, achievable, and accurately reflect operational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Analyze KPI data, evaluate performance trends and target achievement levels, and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on KPI performance across departments and business units.
  • Provide guidance and support to departments regarding KPI regulations, procedures, measurement methodologies, and performance evaluation processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in Human Resources, Performance Management (KPI), Planning, or System Administration roles within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of organizational and system management, including organizational structures, functional frameworks, job architecture, responsibilities, policies, and operational processes.
  • Ability to advise on and implement performance management systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficient in utilizing specialized software and digital tools to improve work efficiency and data management.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
