About the Role
We are looking for skilled Kfz‑Mechatroniker, Nutzfahrzeugtechniker, and Commercial Vehicle Technicians to join bus workshops and service depots across Germany.
You will work on modern diesel and electric buses, supporting maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and upgrades to ensure public transport vehicles remain safe and reliable.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair diesel and electric buses
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Inspect engines, brakes, transmissions, chassis, and other components
- Repair or replace parts such as compressors, alternators, heat exchangers, and drive systems
- Conduct electrical fault finding and system diagnostics
- Support retrofit, conversion, and upgrade work on commercial vehicles
- Follow workshop safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or experience in any of the following areas:
- Kfz‑Mechatroniker m/w/d
- Nutzfahrzeugtechniker m/w/d
- Automotive Mechanic
- Commercial Vehicle Technician
- LKW-Techniker m/w/d
- Bus-Techniker m/w/d
- Kfz‑Elektriker m/w/d
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, or workshop operations
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical vehicle systems
- Bus, truck, van, commercial vehicle, or fleet maintenance experience is an advantage
- Basic German communication skills preferred (A2/B1 helpful)
- Willingness to work on-site and in shifts
- Medical fitness examination may be required
