Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an automotive distributor in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting the brand’s expansion across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients to ensure long-term business growth.
– Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
– Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare periodic sales reports.
– Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, product, and logistics—to deliver tailored solutions.
– Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
– 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive industry.
– Strong understanding of automotive products, technology, and market dynamics.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results within deadlines.
– Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
– Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
