We are a fast-growing U.S.-based title company seeking a Junior Title Processor to support our processing and closing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in mortgage, real estate, or title work who wants to grow into a full processor/closer.
You will be working on real U.S. files and assisting with title commitments, CD preparation, and file management.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage file data accurately
- Assist with title commitment preparation
- Review title searches and identify basic issues
- Assist with curative items (liens, payoffs, missing items)
- Prepare and update Closing Disclosures (CDs)
- Follow up on outstanding items (payoffs, HOA, lender docs)
- Ensure files are complete and ready for closing
Requirements (IMPORTANT):
- Experience with U.S. mortgage, real estate, or title processing
- Familiarity with Closing Disclosures (CDs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good with numbers and data verification
- Strong English communication (written + verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with title commitments
- Experience reviewing title searches
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Compensation:
- $600 – $1,200/month (based on experience)
- Growth path to full processor / closer role
