Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training programs to gain expertise in automotive technology and system validation
- Support product line, project engineering, or system testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Japan and India to ensure successful project execution
- Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Hiring Process:
- Structured interview with the hiring manager
- Assessment during orientation and training phases
Training & Development Program:
Phase 1 (Month 1):
- Orientation in Japan covering Visteon products, Japan market, and our technology
- Initial assessment to determine career path:
- Product Line
- Project Engineering
- System Testing
Phase 2 (Months 2–6):
- 4–5 months intensive orientation and bootcamp in India based on chosen path
Phase 3 (Month 7):
- Return to Japan for final assessment and deployment into role
Evaluation Criteria:
- Weekly progress reporting (quality)
- Global team networking skills (communication)
- Strong aptitude and ability to manage new tasks (adaptability)
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and high aptitude for learning and growth
- Proficiency in Japanese language (mandatory)
- Engineering degree is nice to have, not mandatory. Finance/Business backgrounds are also welcome
- Ideally 2–4 years of experience in an established company that provides strong foundational training
- Experience in commercial, sales, or engineering-based roles (Tier 1 / Technology / Software industries preferred)
