Role Description
Main Task 1: Shopping Center & Contract Management
- Work directly with Shopping Center management teams.
- Handle store contracts, documents, and follow up on payments (rent, fees, utilities).
- Join meetings and ensure stores follow mall rules.
Main Task 2: Store Operations & Team Support
- Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and overtime.
- Support staff discipline and professional standards.
- Help recruit part-time & full-time store staff.
- Assist in writing and updating simple SOPs for store operations.
Main Task 3: Construction, Maintenance & New Store Support
- Coordinate with contractors for store repairs and maintenance.
- Help with new store openings (fit-out, setup, handover).
- Check store facilities and propose basic maintenance plans.
Qualifications
- College/University student or fresh graduate (Business, Management, Architecture/Interior, or related fields).
- 0–1 year experience (freshers are welcome – we will train you!).
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Big advantage: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Vray.
