Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide professional assistance
• Deliver parts to technicians and the shop as needed
• Sell parts to walk-in, wholesale, and phone customers
• Prepare daily orders for delivery, shipment, or pick-up
• Review files to manage back orders efficiently
Requirements:
• Previous parts experience, training provided
• Experience with CDK software is an asset
• Knowledge of Toyota products preferred
• Valid G driver’s license with clean record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
