The Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development Manager to support the commercial growth of DNO in Sweden. This role is ideal for a high-potential professional looking to develop a career in international B2B sales within the industrial and chemicals sector.

You will work closely with the Northern Europe Sales Director and the wider commercial team to identify new opportunities, strengthen relationships with customers, and contribute to the development of our presence in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Swedish market.
  • Support the expansion of DNO’s portfolio in refrigeration gases, specialty chemicals, and related services.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Assist in preparing commercial offers, tenders, and pricing proposals in line with group guidelines.
  • Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support the senior commercial team in managing key accounts and preparing account reviews.
  • Monitor sales performance and market indicators for the Swedish region.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (pipeline, KPIs, forecasts) for management review.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM systems.Work closely with supply chain, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial experience (internship or junior role) in business development, sales, or customer relations, ideally in a B2B industrial environment.
  • Interest in the refrigerant gases, chemicals, or HVAC/R industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English. Swedish is strongly preferred; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
