Job Description
As an Automotive Diagnostics & Warranty Specialist, you will be the key contact between dealers and the manufacturer in case of product-related errors and in contributing to find the solution. You will support authorized repairers (both in written and verbal form) in diagnosing and repairing vehicles using the manufacturer’s systems and database. In this role you will also support warranty claim management, including PDI related claims.
We are looking for automotive technical experts with good customer service and communication skills.
As part of the role, the Automotive Diagnostics & Warranty Specialist will:
- Provide expert support in diagnosing complex technical issues, and help dealer networks find quick and effective solutions, including warranty-related assessments
- Work closely with workshop technicians and dealership teams, supporting repair processes by giving clear guidance through defined communication channels
- Use hands-on workshop experience to contribute to solution development across the full product range, while acting as a key link between the manufacturer and dealer network
Qualifications
- Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer (Aftersales retail experience is an advantage)
- Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
- Experience with a high-performing, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail with flexible and proactive personality
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility with high-level of organizational and time management skills
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- EU citizenship / European passport is needed
- Native Hungarian and at least intermediate/B2 English level
