Jr. Service Advisor
Maple Toyota, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the team.
The Role
- Be the trusted connection between customers and our technical team
- Recommend and sell vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
- Explain repair needs and costs clearly
- Prepare accurate repair orders and invoices
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need
- 1-3 years in customer service or sales (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Self‑motivated with a passion for excellence
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Bonus:
Experience with CDK/Reynolds or CRM systems
