What You’ll Do:
- Actively engage in hands-on training sessions, workshops, and mentoring discussions to deepen technical expertise and gain deep knowledge of the design and commissioning of the manufacturing equipment
- Foster strong relationships with mentors, peers, and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to real-world manufacturing challenges, delivering innovative solutions.
- Take a proactive approach to continuous learning, seeking opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement projects, driving efficiency and operational excellence within the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, promoting a culture of safety and precision.
- Support the development and execution of key projects, demonstrating leadership in planning, organizing, and delivering results.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in manufacturing and engineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English language
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools is a plus.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
