Posizione:
For one of the major MICLA customers, in the role of Issue Convergence Engineer, you will be involved in support and management in activities correlated to vehicle development, validation and industrialization.
On a specific vehicle program, the candidate will be responsible for leading or supporting the following activities:
- Electrical and Electronic issues management on daily basis
- To be in relation with technical analysts to guarantee the right triage of all incoming issues (preliminary issues analysis)
- To drive all the actions that ensure the issues will be fixed on time: sanity check of the issue record, analysis, solution, assignment to the right stakeholder, validation
- To be in relation with product development and plant quality team to assess issues gravity
- Deliverable management in compliance with requested due dates and forecast volumes
- To provide finalized outputs through assigned tools and according to the agreed tool development plan that will also include the frequency of the reports
- Description of the indicators of progress of the Deliverables
- To attend weekly project review to inspect the percentage of readiness of the deliverables
Deliverables definition and process:
- Electrical and Electronic Issue definition and classification based on severity (low, medium, high severity issues)
- Issue acceptance: take charge of the issue, involvement of the function, action plan definition
- Completion of diagnostic analysis end issue assignment in confirmed state, definition of root cause or definition of recovery plan
The candidate must provide qualitatively high outputs and within the deadlines defined with agile and collaborative approach.
Requisiti:
Required Technical Skills:
- Master’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Vehicle Engineering
- EE technical automotive background with knowledge of EE vehicle architecture, EE System/ Subsystem, EE Component requirements.
- Knowledge of vehicle communication protocol (CAN, LIN)
- knowledge of bus monitor tools – Vector CANalyzer or CANoe,
- Vehicle diagnostic knowledge and diagnostic tools (Dianalyzer,…)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work using different STLA tools; CODEP / PLM – Team Center, Enovia), / ECR / ODM
- Knowledge of JIRA, Polarion, MS Project
Required Soft Skills:
- Problem Solving and Issue Management skills
- Project management skills
- Team working skills, ability to support/consult work teams and teach.
- Good communication / presentation skills (written and spoken)
- Accountability, proactivity, autonomy, target orientation and aptitude for problem solving are required
Language skills:
- English mandatory
- Italian and French language is nice to have.
