Experis is partnering with a leading company in the automotive distribution sector, a strategic partner for top international brands. We are seeking an International Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our presence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a B2B client portfolio, primarily in France.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and report directly to the Commercial Director.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events (occasional travel).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in distribution.
  • Prior experience as a Country Manager or International Sales Executive (experience with groups like Volkswagen is a plus).
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, and high autonomy.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel.
  • French nationals are particularly valued; Portuguese is not required.
