Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury rentals, real estate, hospitality, relocation, business development, client relationship management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working with international clients is highly valued
- Fluent English required
- Spanish highly valued
- Catalan, French, Dutch, German, or additional languages are considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of customer service and luxury client expectations
- Ability to develop and maintain a professional network
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an international and multicultural environment
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
