Support and grow branch sales by servicing customers, assisting walk-in clients, processing orders and quotations, and supporting the external sales team in a competitive automotive environment.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
– Matric
– 3 years experience in internal sales, counter sales, or customer-facing sales
– Previous exposure to the automotive aftermarket, parts, or components environment preferred
– Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning, cooling, refrigeration, or related technical products advantageous
– Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
– Computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems, quotes, and invoicing
Key Performance Areas:
– Service and manage allocated customer accounts
– Assist walk-in customers and handle telephonic and email enquiries
– Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets
– Support and collaborate with external sales representatives
– Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products
– Maintain accurate sales records and reports
– Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
