Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design is a plus (Automotive segment).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Styling Design.
- Proficient in SketchBook Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
- Able to create 2D packaging mockups.
- Passionate about automotive and car design.
- Understanding of automotive parts, interior elements, and interior functionality.
- Up-to-date with automotive design trends and eager to learn future trends in car interior design.
- Energetic, proactive, and open to constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical design skills is required.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop design concepts based on user requirements.
- Create 2D sketch renderings to visualize design concepts and shapes.
- Develop vehicle shapes and conduct research on interior functions for future styling concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop prototypes based on design sketches.
- Ability to transform sketches into 3D models is an advantage.
- Provide clear design instructions to the model maker and production team based on approved sketches.
- Learn and develop knowledge of color, material, and finish (CMF) for product development.
- Understand user preferences and design products with high standards and attention to detail.
