Role Description The Instructor role at KURULUŞ MOTORLU ARAÇLAR | Automotive Aftermarket Company is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Instructor will design and deliver technical and product-related training programs for automotive aftermarket professionals, including workshops, classroom sessions, and online modules. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting practical demonstrations, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with current product offerings, safety standards, and industry best practices. The Instructor is expected to maintain accurate training records, contribute to continuous improvement of course content, and support learners through both in-person and virtual channels.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with experience delivering technical or vocational training in an automotive or related field.
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and aftermarket products, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning content.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and learning platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, video conferencing tools) for both in-person and remote training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Effective organizational and time-management abilities, including planning courses, managing schedules, and maintaining training documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning, staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in automotive technology, engineering, or a related discipline; teaching or training certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, including flexibility for occasional evening or weekend sessions as training needs require.
