PT Tarabatuh Manunggal as Subsidiary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is looking for an Inspector with Key Roles and Qualifications as follows:
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment inspection, maintenance, or mechanical maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul processes.
- Familiar with maintenance planning, work scheduling, and equipment performance monitoring.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and equipment historical record management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Committed to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (K3/HSE).
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Section Head in executing heavy equipment inspection, maintenance, and mechanical reliability programs.
- Prepare and coordinate inspection, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, and overhaul schedules for heavy equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment abnormalities and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform troubleshooting and support problem resolution to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Maintain and update equipment historical records, including maintenance history, spare parts usage, breakdown records, and overhaul data.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with established maintenance plans and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, including equipment performance and maintenance status.
- Ensure all maintenance and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.
