I am looking for a candidate with outside sales experience in Industrial Automation, Industrial Connectivity, and/or Power Transmission for a prominent Manufacturer of Industrial Automation/Connectivity. This company prides themselves on everybody having a voice, a work life balance, and therefore are looking for someone to be apart of their tight-knit family culture. This is an individual contributor/strategy/support role (to start).
Responsibilities
- Both hunting & farming active accounts within Automotive
- Help other salespeople within org across country close major Automotive accounts/projects
- Help set strategy for Automotive segment
- 50% travel
Qualifications
- Strong experience in outside sales
- Strong experience selling to the Automotive industry
- Ability and desire to learn products
- Ability and desire to join said culture
Strong base + uncapped commissions
The company essentially has had a strong presence in Automotive and wants to attack it even more. This would be a new position hence a little bit of grey area around it.
