Eligibility: DAE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Automotive
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities
- Support North Region dealerships in resolving critical customer complaints related to repairs.
- Conduct dealer audits covering Technical, Safety, Body & Paint, and Floor Mat standards.
- Monitor and support dealerships in achieving Service Campaign targets (IMC & TMC).
- Perform Go & See visits for early identification of issues and provide feedback to Product Support & QA.
- Facilitate skill enhancement of dealer technical staff through on-the-job and structured trainings.
- Handle Customer Relations complaints through field visits and ensure timely resolution.
- Support cross-functional initiatives including events, skill contests, and certification programs.
- Assist in failed part investigations and contribute to root cause analysis with QA.
- Conduct Go & See visits for safety-related cases (e.g., SRS Airbag, fire hazards) and ensure timely reporting.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: DAE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (dealership support, technical service, or quality assurance preferred).
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct audits and field visits.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
