🌟 About the Role
As the Inbound Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading daily inbound logistics operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and material flow activities within warehouse and production areas. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and uninterrupted production support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily inbound warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, unloading, storage, and material handling activities.
- Ensure all inbound materials are received accurately and processed on time according to operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Production, Material Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper inventory control within inbound operations.
- Manage manpower allocation, daily operational planning, and team performance to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse procedures, and company operational policies.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support implementation of 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives within inbound operations.
- Prepare and monitor inbound operational reports and KPIs.
- Maintain strong coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to support smooth logistics operations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inbound logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Experience in leading operational teams within warehouse or logistics environments.
- Strong understanding of inbound warehouse processes, inventory control, and material handling operations.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Indonesian nationals/local candidates are strongly preferred.
- Willing to work onsite at Subang – Indonesia.
