AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN = REAL MONEY
25% Commission on Gross (NEW & USED)
- Up to $200 Mini
Volume bonuses up to $3,000/month
Gas & Demo Allowances up to $200/month
Year-End Bonus: up to $20 per unit (Top Gun Award)
High performers (20+ units/month) are positioned for serious income
BONUS STRUCTURE THAT REWARDS PRODUCERS
9-11.5 units → $550 bonus
- 12-14.5 units → $300 bonus
15-16.5 units → $1,000 bonus
17-20.5 units → $1,500 bonus
21-24.5 units → $2,000 bonus
25-29.5 units → $2,500 bonus
30+ units → $3,000 bonus
What We Expect (and Reward)
This is NOT a place to coast.
To qualify for bonuses:
90%+ Customer Satisfaction (NPS)
Minimum 5 customer surveys/month
Strong online reviews (Google, DealerRater, etc.)
High engagement with Mazda connected services
Minimum performance standard: 10 units/month
