We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hydraulic Pump Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic pumps to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Duties
- Diagnose hydraulic pump failures and perform repairs or replacements using advanced equipment troubleshooting technique
- Use technical manuals to interpret hydraulics service parts
- Test repaired equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency
- Maintain service records, inspection logs, and repair documentation for all performed work
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge of repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software for electrical systems and schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment such as forklifts during maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in troubleshooting equipment issues
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and clients
