HVAC-R SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
Seeking HVAC-R Service Technicians who lives in any of the following areas, Tampa, Clearwater, New Port Richey and St. Petersburg. A franchisee of Dunkin’. Service technicians provide diagnostics, service, repair, maintenance & installation for various brands of light commercial HVAC-R equipment. We own and manage 99 Dunkin Donuts and 11 AFC Urgent Care Centers in Florida and equipment includes but not limited to: package units or split systems and reach in/ walk in coolers & freezers. Other job duties as needed.
Requirements/Expectations:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an HVAC/R Service Technician.
- Travel throughout St. Pete, Tampa, and Pasco County.
- General knowledge in diagnosing and servicing major brands of light Commercial Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. Knowledge in diagnosing and servicing major brands of Reach in Coolers/Freezers, Ice Makers, and Walk in Coolers/Freezers is required.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Lives in and is willing to travel within the regions specified above.
- Good communicator and time management is required.
- Technology Savvy-Work orders are dispatched through a Maintenance Program.
- Team Player.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- EPA Certification Required.
- HVAC Certification/License Preferred.
- Clear MVR (7-year MVR).
- Criminal Background Check.(Required, no major infractions on record)

- Must have own tools for the trade.

- Full-Time Work, Over Time pay after 40 hours.
