Our automotive dealership group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR across multiple dealership locations and automotive franchises. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, consistency, and employee development throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation efforts across multiple dealership locations.
- Partner with dealership leadership to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as manufacturer and company policies.
- Manage benefits administration, leave programs, personnel files, and HRIS records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Coordinate performance review processes and assist with succession planning.
- Support payroll administration and ensure accurate employee documentation.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldpreferred
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with leadership responsibility preferred.
- Multi-location and/or automotive dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust and work effectively with employees at every level of the organization.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
