About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the region. This role is vital in developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts within key industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, building lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our high-demand products and value-added services. The Outside Sales Representative will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess at least three years of proven outside sales experience, preferably within industrial distribution, MRO, safety, or specialty materials sectors. Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing accounts with purchasing and operational decision-makers is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, are required to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working autonomously are critical to thrive in this role. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regionally to meet customer needs. A background in industrial products or related fields will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
