What is a “Mystery Shopper”?
As the name suggests, a Mystery Shopper visits stores or utilizes services as a regular, anonymous customer. After completing the visit, the Shopper fills out a detailed questionnaire to report on their genuine, unbiased experience.
You will receive task-based compensation for the valuable insights you provide. Compensation generally ranges from HK$50 to HK$600 per completed assignment, depending on the complexity of the task (e.g., the duration of the visit and the level of detail required in the report).

What types of assignments are available?
Our clients span a wide variety of industries, including retail stores, restaurants, department stores, luxury brands, and automotive showrooms. Many assignments involve well-known brands that you likely use in your daily life. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have partnered with numerous trusted names like DAISO, MUJI, MOS Burger, and ORBIS.

The Mystery Shopping Process
- Application & Selection: Once you apply for a specific task, we will review your profile. Please note: If the number of applicants exceeds the available slots, assignments will be allocated based on profile suitability and a lottery system.
- Notification & Acceptance: If selected, you will receive a notification email. You must then log in to the shopper website to officially accept the task and carefully review the task guidelines and specific requirements.
- Store Visit: Visit the store acting as a regular customer, following the provided guidelines and within the specified timeframe.
- Reporting: Submit your evaluation report online within 24 hours of your visit.
- Revisions: Provide minor edits or additional details if requested by our quality check team.
- Payment: Once your final report is reviewed and approved, you will receive your compensation for the completed assignment!
