VinFast Indonesia is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a E-Scooter Sales Operations Department Head, responsible for accelerating internal VFID process that will impact to Dealer’s process, enforcing strict sales administration discipline and create high-quality process for VinFast Indonesia. This role ensures that operations for VFID & Dealer’s are excellent and zero complaint
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Oversee overall sales operations performance across planning, ordering, distribution, and invoicing; ensure alignment with business targets
- Act as escalation point for critical operational issues (order delays, stock shortages, invoicing blockers, dealer escalations)
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Aftersales, and VF Global on ongoing operations
- Monitor key operational dashboards (sales vs plan, stock level, order status, delivery progress, invoicing status)
- Provide direction and prioritization to Sales Planning & Operations team to ensure smooth daily execution
- Ensure governance and compliance in all sales operations processes (order, allocation, delivery, payment)
- Review consolidated sales performance, demand pipeline, and inventory position; define corrective actions
- Lead alignment with VF Global on supply status, shipment pipeline, and constraints
- Validate and steer dealer allocation strategy to ensure optimal market coverage and fairness
- Review logistics and distribution performance (delivery timelines, issues, capacity constraints)
- Evaluate operational KPIs (forecast accuracy, fill rate, order cycle time, invoicing accuracy) and drive improvements
- Lead cross-functional review meetings to ensure execution readiness and issue resolution
- Review team performance and provide guidance on process improvements and prioritization
- Consolidate and present weekly Sales Operations insights to top management.
- Own and approve (before CEO approval) demand planning and order strategy submission to VF Global
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales targets, supply, and operational capacity
- Review and refine forecasting assumptions based on market trends, dealer performance, and product mix
- Define and optimize national allocation and distribution strategy across dealer network
- Oversee inventory health (aging, overstock, shortages) and define mitigation actions
- Ensure readiness for new product launches, campaigns, and dealer network expansion
- Drive continuous improvement of sales operations processes, systems (e.g., SAP), and SOPs
- Review financial and compliance aspects (revenue recognition readiness, invoicing governance, audit readiness)
- Manage strategic risks related to supply-demand mismatch, operational bottlenecks, and dealer performance
- Lead organizational development of Sales Operations team, including structure, capability building, and KPI setting.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in automotive Industries as a Administration. (1 year in managerial level)
- Experience working with Logistic Company, Warehouse, Vendors is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Dealer operational Process is an advantage
- Good analytical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel when required.
