€5,500–6,000 gross/month + Bonus + Car
An international company specializing in industrial fluid systems and technical solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business activities across Croatia, Slovenia, the Western Balkans, and Bulgaria.
The company operates in the field of valves, fittings, hoses, regulators, and high-pressure components for industries such as manufacturing, energy, chemical, automotive, semiconductor, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional sales team
- Drive business growth and sales performance
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Develop sales strategies and support strategic projects
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and business opportunities
- Cooperate with international teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales leadership or B2B business development
- Experience in industrial or technical sales
- Background in fluid systems, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office 365
