You will serve as the growth engine for the UK market, owning the strategy and execution to scale a global parts network. You'll build a high-velocity sales team from the ground up, defining repeatable playbooks for independent and multi-site repairers to modernize a $1.9 trillion industry through cutting-edge digital infrastructure.

What You Will Do

  • Drive commercial engagement with major enterprise repair groups, navigating complex sales cycles with senior operations leaders and owners.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of leading B2B sales teams in high-growth environments, with a focus on building sales motions from scratch.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience owning revenue targets, managing HubSpot CRMs, and scaling outbound activity frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach early-career AEs and senior closers while operating effectively in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
