A prominent and highly trusted automotive group operating in Saudi Arabia with a long-standing reputation for excellence, reliability, and customer commitment. The organization serves as the exclusive holding company for leading global recognized vehicle brands across multiple provinces in KSA and nationwide.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The role requires a hands-on automotive leader with strong experience in body shop operations, aftersales performance, insurance partnerships, fleet accounts, and multi-site leadership. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, quality standards, team development, and network expansion while ensuring compliance with franchise and market requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shop Floor Operations & Efficiency
- Take direct accountability for the daily and monthly operational performance of all Fix Auto Collision and Fix Auto Service locations across KSA.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of collision repair processes, including structural repair, paintwork, panel work, mechanical work, and ADAS calibration, to identify inefficiencies and close performance gaps at site level.
- Establish productivity benchmarks, labor utilization targets, and cycle time standards, and hold Workshop Managers accountable for achieving them.
- Drive measurable improvement in throughput, re-repair rates, and revenue per repair order across the entire network.
P&L Ownership & Revenue Performance
- Own the aftersales and body shop division P&L, including all Fix Auto Collision and Fix Auto Service revenue lines, such as labor, parts, paint, and mechanical services.
- Translate revenue targets into operational plans at site level, monitor performance weekly, and intervene where sites are underperforming.
- Identify and close revenue leakage through tighter estimating standards, parts procurement discipline, and labor recovery.
- Drive revenue growth through improved capacity utilization, job mix optimization, and proactive business development with insurance and fleet partners.
Insurance & Fleet Partnerships
- Manage and grow Direct Repair Program (DRP) relationships with insurers and TPAs to maximize referral volume and cycle time performance.
- Negotiate SLAs with insurance partners and ensure site-level compliance with agreed commitments.
- Develop and maintain corporate fleet accounts as a structured recurring revenue stream.
Fix Network Standards & Quality
- Ensure all sites maintain compliance with Fix Network’s global franchise standards, including I-CAR certification, manufacturer repair authorizations, and quality audit requirements.
- Champion a zero-defect culture across all repair operations, with structured quality control processes at every stage of the repair cycle.
- Lead the adoption of advanced repair capabilities, including EV-ready facilities and digital estimating platforms.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing national operations team, including Workshop Managers and site-level supervisors.
- Establish a structured technical development pathway for technicians and supervisors aligned with manufacturer training standards.
- Ensure Saudization targets for the aftersales division are met and exceeded in line with applicable Nitaqat obligations.
Network Expansion
- Lead the evaluation and operational setup of new Fix Auto locations, ensuring new sites reach operational break-even within defined timelines.
- Advise on site selection, equipment specification, and team for new openings.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent technical qualifications will be accepted with the right operational track record.
- Trade-trained background is mandatory. The candidate must have started their career working directly on vehicles and completed a formal technical training program through a major automotive manufacturer.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in automotive body shop or aftersales operations, with the early career phase spent in hands-on technical roles.
- Must currently hold, or have recently held, a national or multi-site leadership role, such as National Bodyshop Manager, National Aftersales Director, Regional Body Shop Director, Head of Bodyshop Operations, or equivalent, with at least 5 years at that level.
- Demonstrated track record of improving shop floor efficiency, revenue performance, and profitability across multiple sites simultaneously.
- Experience managing insurance DRP relationships and fleet accounts.
