Responsibilities
- Manufacture and rework wiring harnesses large and small
- Build complex electrical components with minimal instructions
- Assist in root cause and repair of components returned from the field or testing
- Provide feedback to engineering on new assemblies
- Balance multiple projects and deal with sudden changes in priority
Requirements
- 5+ years related experience or an Associates degree and 2 years job experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented and a drive to deliver a high level quality to every project
- Ability to understand technical diagrams, schematics, wirelists and formboards
