What does a day as a Parts Specialist look like?
- Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
- Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessories merchandise, parts history, and motorcycle service.
- Assist customers with determining what Parts and Accessories are required and research merchandise in catalogues when needed.
- Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases.
- Keep cash register accurate and balance cash drawers nightly.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with Point of Sales and computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
- Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Harley-Davidson parts experience preferred.
- Motorcycle License preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
