Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gauteng, South Africa, for a Harley-Davidson Dealer Principal. The Dealer Principal will oversee the dealership's overall operations, lead effective business planning, and ensure profitability. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining aftersales processes. The role also entails overseeing financial management and collaborating with teams to maintain brand standards and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to achieve dealership growth and operational goals.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Expertise in Dealer Management, including team leadership, performance management, and operational oversight.
- Familiarity with Finance principles, including budgeting, profit monitoring, and cost control.
- Competence in Aftersales operations, ensuring quality post-sales services and efficient service department management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and liaise with clients and partners effectively.
- Prior experience in automotive dealership management and a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Understanding and passion for the Harley-Davidson brand is a strong advantage.
- 3+ years experience as a Dealer Principal, preferably in the Motorcycle space
