Golf Cart Attendant – Sterling National Country Club (Massachusetts)

Sterling National Country Club is seeking dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Golf Cart Attendants to join our golf operations team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Clean, wash, and prepare golf carts for daily play.
- Stage carts for members and guests.
- Collect carts from the course after rounds.
- Maintain the cart barn and practice areas.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
- Availability for closing shifts is required.
- Must be available to work throughout the fall season, including weekends and holidays as needed.
