In this role you will provide compliance checks, data quality monitoring and process adherence in support of the global recruiting & onboarding governance team.

Your Contribution

  • Act as first-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, resolving user inquiries and coordinating issue escalation when required.
  • Manage global Recruiting & Onboarding shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional handling of process and system-related requests.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain recruiting and onboarding data to support KPI reporting and dashboards.
  • Prepare and analyze HR datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local HR teams, supporting system enhancements, testing activities, and continuous process improvements.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, in HR Operations, HR Data Management, or HR Systems Support.
  • Experience working with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience handling, validating, and reporting on large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data quality principles, and data protection requirements.
  • Experience working in international environments and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and organizational levels.
  • Fluent English and a structured, service-oriented, and detail-focused working style with a strong digital mindset.
