We are looking for a commercially driven Global Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships in Japan and deliver double-digit business growth across global key accounts.
This is a senior-level international role suited to someone with strong experience in complex manufacturing environments and a proven ability to manage major strategic customers across technical and commercial functions.
You’ll lead key Japanese accounts, own negotiations and pricing strategy, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate globally across sales, technical, production, and R&D teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic relationships with major Japanese customers
- Drive pricing, negotiations, and commercial decision-making
- Deliver double-digit sales growth
- Develop and execute global account strategies
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Coordinate globally with technical, production, and R&D teams
- Manage complex techno-commercial discussions
- Support innovation and new product development initiatives
- Build long-term customer partnerships across regions
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Fluent Japanese speaker
- Fluent English
- 9+ years’ experience in Key Account Management
Strong background in:
- Tire reinforcement
- Industrial fibers
- Specialty chemicals
- Engineered materials
- Proven success managing large strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- International mindset with willingness to travel globally
Preferred
- Experience within multinational manufacturing companies
- Background in tire cord or high-performance materials
- Track record in commercial growth and market expansion
