The Plant Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. This hands‑on leader drives continuous improvement, develops high‑performing teams, and ensures alignment with business goals.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations in metal‑mechanical environment (required).
- Experience in casting / foundry processes & assembly (required).}
- Bilingual English Spanish (required)
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge and proven application (required)
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning (required)
- Proven hands‑on leadership style with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze operations and implement measurable improvements.
- High‑performance team leadership and accountability creation.
- Knowledge or certification in Shainin problem‑solving techniques (preferred).
- Power BI knowledge.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or any other area.
Master's degree (preferred)
Additional Requirements
Valid tourist visa (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
