We are looking for a young and dynamic Process Engineer who is eager to learn, work hands-on, and make a real impact on the production floor.
🔧 YOUR ROLE
- Monitor and optimize production processes on the shopfloor
- Work hands-on with machinery to identify and solve issues in real time
- Analyze root causes and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen)
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, or related fields)
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Willing to work on-site at the shopfloor with frequent exposure to machinery
- Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement spirit
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to Safety First culture
- Basic English communication skills
