We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented General Manager – Operations (EV Spare Parts & Service) to lead and drive the operational excellence of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Spare Parts and After-Sales Service business. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing nationwide service operations, spare parts management, workshop performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall EV spare parts, workshop, and after-sales service operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and performance standards.
- Oversee spare parts planning, inventory management, procurement, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure efficient workshop operations, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with safety standards.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across all service locations.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including service turnaround time, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers, supervisors, technicians, and support teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Technical teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and continuous improvement plans for executive management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, suppliers, and key customers.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in automotive operations, spare parts, after-sales service, or workshop management.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or general management position.
- Strong knowledge of EV technology, automotive service operations, spare parts management, and inventory control is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multi-branch operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or service management systems.
