Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven General Manager for an on-site, full-time position at our Savannah, GA location. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, create and implement strategic goals, manage budgets, lead teams, and ensure the highest levels of quality and safety compliance. This role requires collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and expand business offerings. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Neal Brothers continues to deliver world-class export packing & distribution solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
- Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management
- Familiarity with quality control, health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and export packing operations
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling complex operational challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools relevant to operations and logistics management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is highly preferred
- Experience in industries such as Energy, Construction, Oil & Gas, or similar sectors is a plus
