We are currently looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, take-charge, high-volume General Manager to run the #1 Harley-Davidson Dealership in Oregon.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume Harley-Davidson, RV, Powersports, Marine or Automotive New Car Dealership with 4+ years in a high-volume supervisory position (SM/GSM).
- Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson are preferred but not required.
- Can effectively manage both people and processes.
- Experience with staffing, training, motivating, volume sales, counseling, team building, low turnover and monitoring department managers.
- Strong computer skills.
