Rooster Ridge Car Care is part of SRS & Co., a growing multi-location automotive group that's investing in its people and its technology — including AI-powered tools most independent shops have never seen. We're hiring a General Manager to own one of our Houston locations, and we're doing it differently:

What You'll Own
- The full performance of the shop: team, customer experience, and P&L
- Coaching and developing service advisors and technicians into a high-performing team
- Sales growth, customer retention, and our reputation in the community
- Daily operations — scheduling, workflow, quality, and safety
- A direct line to company leadership, with weekly metrics and a voice in how we grow

Automotive or multi-unit experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric or similar) is a bonus.

- Location: Houston, TX (on-site)
- Shop hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; full-time schedule within operating hours, Saturday availability required
