We're hiring for afternoons and weekends — by design, not by default. If you're a licensed Autoplan advisor tired of being shuffled between branches across the Lower Mainland, this is one Surrey office, one team, one client base — independent and family-owned since 1994. There is genuinely nowhere else to send you, and we'll put it in writing in your offer: one location, period. Your days stay yours.
And if you speak Punjabi or Hindi, you'll be in demand from day one. A few of our Surrey clients prefer to handle their insurance with an advisor who speaks their language. That could be you.
This role is for you if…
- You've covered three different branches this month and you're done with it — here there's nowhere else to send you
- Your days are spoken for (family, a daytime commitment, finishing your Level 2) but your evenings and weekends are reliable — tell us the hours that fit your life and we'll build around them
- You're semi-retired or easing back in and want a real seat with returning clients — minimum 2 years' experience required, maximum office politics not required
It's probably not for you if you only want weekday daytime hours. Evening and weekend availability is the reason we're hiring, and we'd rather say so plainly.
The schedule reality
- Full-time or part-time — evenings and weekends
- A full schedule, or a lighter 2–3 shifts if that's what fits your life
- In-person at our Fleetwood, Surrey office
Pay & commission
- $25–$35 per hour, negotiable on experience
- Commission on your own book of business
- Plus commission on GAP policies and other products
What You Bring
- Level 1 or Level 2 BC General Insurance License (either is welcome)
- Minimum 2 years ICBC Autoplan experience
- Working knowledge of ICBC Policy Centre
- Strong English communication (written and verbal); Punjabi or Hindi an asset
- A calm, professional presence at the counter, comfortable working independently on evening and weekend shifts
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation for an evening/weekend commute
What You'll Do
- Handle ICBC Autoplan renewals, new business, transfers, cancellations, and endorsements, plus some dealership work
- Quote and bind personal lines as needed, using ICBC Policy Centre and our agency system accurately
- Build long-term relationships with returning clients through clear, honest advice — these are renewals, not cold calls. No cold calling here.
